She has been involved in successful quality systems for ISO9001 and ISO17025 for a large laboratory as well as accreditation for national and international standards. She has been a Senior Member of ASQ and an advisor to different entities for ISO9001 certification and served as an internal auditor. During her experiences as a laboratory director, she has been involved with different information management software development and implementation.

Maize Properties, Inc (Maize PI)

Maize Properties, Inc originated in 1999 to own commercial properties for light industry needs.

Building one has 30,500 sq. ft. currently leased through 2017.
Building two has 40,000 sq. ft. that is leased to two different entities with two docks located on the South portion.
In 2014, Building 3 has been added with various lease units (600- 4200 sq. ft.) available.
Currently, one lease utilizes a portion of the parking area for trailer exchange point in the distribution of their products.
Eight acres are currently available for further development for warehouse, manufacturing, or trucking logistics.
